A shikargah Pashmina painted with tigers · deer and birds among flowering trees on a coral ground

Shikargah is the hunting scene of the old Kashmiri shawls: tigers, deer and birds move through flowering trees across a coral and peach ground, drawn by kalam and coloured by hand, with bands of green and red at the ends. One of the most storied designs the house makes.
